This is an easy recipe for your infant and toddler. I just took two mangoes to one avocado because I bought mangoes that were not so big but very ripe, otherwise i would have just used one mango.
Dice the mango and avocado and blended into a puree for my infant. It took less than 10 minutes to do this from the washing to the blending. My Son gobbled it up quickly too. My Toddler on the other hand would refuse to eat mango except if he was at school. He takes avocado though.
The recipe:
1 diced Mango
1 diced avocado
Direction:
Put both into a blender or food processor and blend till smooth. Voila. Very easy.
Note: For Toddler, serve after dicing, no need to blend if you do not want to. You can also modify this by adding another fruit or incorporating yogurt into it.
